Questions
What counts as an evaluation?
One AI scoring run against one property. Re-running a property after the broker answers your questions counts as another evaluation, because it's a fresh analysis. Importing a listing, chatting about a deal, and exporting a report each draw on their own separate allowance.
What happens when I hit a monthly limit?
That one action stops until your allowance resets, and Acre tells you exactly when that is. Nothing else is affected — hitting the evaluation cap doesn't lock you out of your data, your reports, or the rest of the app, and nothing is deleted.
When does my allowance reset?
On the Free plan, the first of the calendar month. On a paid plan, your billing anniversary — so if you subscribe on the 12th, you reset on the 12th. Upgrading mid-period starts a fresh allowance immediately rather than making you wait.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Any time. Upgrades take effect immediately with a fresh allowance. Downgrades and switches from annual to monthly are scheduled for the end of the period you've already paid for, so you keep what you bought. Cancelling leaves you on your current plan until the period ends, then drops you to Free.
I subscribed in the iPhone app — where do I manage it?
Apple manages that subscription, so changes and cancellation happen in your iPhone's Settings under Subscriptions. Your plan and usage still show up in Acre on every device. An account is billed through either Apple or the web, never both.
Is my deal data used to train AI models?
No. Your properties, documents, and notes are used to produce your evaluations and nothing else. You can export everything or delete your account outright from Settings at any time.
