1. What we store

We store the information needed to run the service: your account email, the property data you enter, documents you upload, and the evaluation results we generate. This data is stored in our Supabase database and storage.

2. Third-party processors

We use a small number of service providers to operate Acre: Supabase (database, authentication, file storage), Anthropic and DeepSeek (AI processing of content you submit for evaluation), Vercel (hosting), and Sentry (error monitoring). These providers process data only to provide their service to us.

3. We do not sell your data

We do not sell your personal information or your property data to third parties.

4. Cookies

We use cookies only to manage your authenticated session. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

5. Data deletion

You can request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us. We will remove your data within a reasonable period, except where we are required to retain it by law.
